How did it start?
I've been building computers since 2008 and taking stuff apart to find out how it works since I can remember being alive. I also love the Hitchhiker's Guide trilogy. Over time I've grown my expertise, including earning a degree in Automotive Service Technology and a CompTIA A+ certification and just attempting to fix stuff for fun. My goal is to learn how to repair as many things as I can and keep devices from ending up in a landfill or recycling center. I'll likely never be done learning and welcome a challenge. Let me know what you've got and I'll do my best to fix it!
The Dream
My ultimate dream? I would love to be able to have a storefront where I can not only repair devices but also sell quality refurbished products at reasonable prices. Even though you can buy online, buying from a brick and mortar store gives you a point of service if you need help in the future without having to jump through hoops!
What do we do?
I can help you with desktop or laptop computer problems or upgrades. I also handle operating system and software installs and de-bloating of newly purchased machines.
I love working on handheld game systems, especially retro ones (Game Boy era stuff). I can repair or modify these with new screens, rechargeable batteries, custom colors and more.
Not sure what's wrong with your device? I can help you diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions to keep your devices up and running at their best.
If you need help with your mobile devices I am happy to assist. That said, due to manufacturers repair limitations, it's possible that I can't program new components.
My Mission
My main goal is to help serve my community by offering services that people need for less than a big box store would while also, in my opinion, providing a better end product. I work hard to give every device I touch back to the owner in better condition than it was in when I received it.
